Power User - Actively reads/writes data to/from the remote resource more than 50% of the time (example: a programmer compiling across the network).

Average User - Reads/writes data to/from the remote resource at least 20% of the time (example: CAD user).

Casual User - Reads/writes data to/from the remote resource less than 10% of the time (example: Office Application user).
